Hello all,

I am planning to travel with my husband from paris to Switzerland for 2 days.
We have planned to visit Jungfraujoch.
Below is the iternary we have planned, not sure if it is correct..
Paris to basel sbb
Basel sbb to Grindelwald

We are planning to stay in Grindelwald, and from there buy tickets for Jungfraujoch from online site.

Could you please let me know if we should buy swiss travel pass?
Would swiss travel pass cover our train travel from basel sbb to Grindelwald?
Or should i buy individual ticket as we will jusy be visiting Jungfrau?

Thanks for the help

Hello Mrunali and Welcome to MySwissAlps,

Are you returning to Paris? See www.myswissalps.com/tr aintickets/france.

A Swiss Half Fare Card (www.myswissalps.com/sw isshalffarecard) may make you some modest savings on full-fare point to point tickets.

Hello Mrunali rc,

Grindelwald is for sure a nice choice to stay in, especially for the rather short stay. See some alternative villages below and find nice things to do in the "What to do" tab of each location:
- www.myswissalps.com/gr indelwald
- www.myswissalps.com/in terlaken
- www.myswissalps.com/la uterbrunnen
- www.myswissalps.com/we ngen

- www.myswissalps.com/ju ngfraujoch

Hope this provides enough inspiration, I'm positive it will, there's soooo much to do in the area.

Happy planning.

Best,
Steph
