Hi, I am visiting first time to Europe and would like to know if there is any combo pass available to travel from Italy to Swiss and local travel within Swizerland. The plan is to travel from Venice to Interlaken and spend 3 days (local site seeing) and return back to Rome.

Hi Vijayanand b and welcome to MySwissAlps!

You'll find a useful guide with a calculation spreadsheet, which helps you to choose your rail pass in 5 steps at www.myswissalps.com/train/ticketspasses/practical/chooserailpass. The downloadable spreadsheet also includes links to the “Where it's valid" page for all available passes, be sure to study it carefully.

Make sure to check the Eurail Global Pass, it grants you free unlimited traveling across Europe, see the validity map at www.myswissalps.com/eurailglobalpass/validity.

As you are planning to travel from/to Italy read this too: www.myswissalps.com/traintickets/italy.

I hope this helps.

Happy new year!
